According to the Quanzhou Municipal Digital Office, Quanzhou has made great efforts to improve the level of digital government affairs, built a unified government affairs network and government affairs cloud platform, completed the relocation and upgrading of the municipal government affairs cloud platform, and the integration of municipal government affairs data centers. Currently, 617 review and approval service items can be handled online, more than 200 self-service integrated machines for government services have been put into use, 91 government service items have been handled on the machine, and 563 "all-in-one thing" has been sorted out at the city and county levels, ranking second in Fujian province.
Report has it that Quanzhou has made comprehensive efforts in recent years to create a new government service model of "handled online, handled on mobile devices, one-time handling, self-service, handled through the postal office and nearby office", further optimize and upgrade the integrated administrative service platform of "Internet + Government Service", and has made the handling of over 98% of review and approval service items online possible throughout the whole city (including counties and districts), with services "sparing residents from going to the site" accounting for over 85%. Besides, there are 664 "all-in-one thing" integrated package service items in the whole city. A direct cashing platform for enterprise-benefiting policies has been launched, 67 municipal-level enterprise-benefiting policies and 278 district-level enterprise-benefiting policies have been rolled out. In 2020, Quanzhou was listed as a pilot city for the application of electronic licenses, taking the lead in building a pilot application of electronic licenses in the whole province, and pioneered the "blockchain + electronic license technology". All departments at all levels in the city have completed the registration of 10,338 kinds of license catalogs and generated a total of 18.06 million electronic licenses. Efforts have been made to advance "Internet plus supervision" and coordinate and solve more than 200 technical problems. Up to now, a total of 70,842 regulatory data has been entered through the provincial platform throughout the city, ranking first in the province; the number of valid main items claimed has reached 10,069, ranking second in the province.
