Scope and scale of construction: the Round-Shishanyang Scenic Zone project primarily comprises four parts, i.e. Jiulongjing Moulin Scenic Zone, Jin Brook Drifting Zone, Shishanyang Ecological Agricultural Sightseeing Zone and Fengqi Ancient Village. Firstly, rely on Jiulongjing Scenic Zone, a national Class 3A scenic zone, to develop a famous valley ecological tourism resort in East Fujian for water leisure, developmental sports and fitness & health preservation. Secondly, develop Jin Brook Scenic Zone as a drifting and water experience zone for sightseeing, drifting and festive purposes. Thirdly, develop Shishanyang Ecological Agricultural Sightseeing Zone as Zherong's model zone of countryside tourism for sightseeing, experience, entertainment and leisure purposes based on the local fresh and humble countryside scenes and agricultural and farming culture. Fourthly, capitalize on Fengqi ancient residences' status as a state-level protected cultural relics to protect and repair the ancient villages in Fengqi and surrounding areas and attract tourists from Fuding and other regions of East Fujian.
