The project is proposed to be located at Yangmeishan Plot in the eastern expansion zone of Zherong County, a comprehensive tourist resort integrating leisure and vacation, health preservation, tourism and sightseeing, business conferences and other functions. Covering a planned total land area of approximately 400 mu, the project mainly constructs high-quality tourist resort villas, including over 80 villas with single building areas ranging from 200 to 600 square meters. A quasi-five-star comprehensive clubhouse with a construction area of about 20,000 square meters will be built with quasi-five-star decoration standards. Taking advantage of the developed water system on the site, supporting facilities including a 3,000-square-meter artificial lake, a 1,000-square-meter swimming pool, multi-functional sports courts and other leisure and wellness facilities for tourists will be constructed.
