The project is located on the north side of Beihe Road in Xianyou County Economic Development Zone, with a planned land area of approximately 300 mu. Centered on constructing an innovative footwear industrial agglomeration park, it will form a closed-loop full industrial chain covering R&D and production, industrial incubation, product testing, digital sales as well as exhibition and trade. The project aims to build the province’s exclusive integrated hub for the footwear and apparel industry, enable Xianyou’s footwear and apparel sector to completely break away from reliance on OEM production, and drive the industry into a new stage of high-quality development featuring independent brand operation and high-value-added material manufacturing. It strives to become a benchmark for innovative transformation and a core base for independent brand cultivation of the footwear and apparel industry in South China.

In 2025, Fujian Province had 4,459 above-designated-size textiles, footwear, and apparel enterprises, achieving an operating revenue of RMB 700.7 billion. Within this total, the textile & apparel industry and the footwear industry achieved revenues of RMB 490.1 billion and RMB 210.6 billion, respectively. The modern textiles, footwear, and apparel industry is a dominant pillar industry in Fujian, forming a complete and highly competitive industrial chain encompassing chemical fibers, spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing, apparel, footwear, and industrial textiles. Production of nylon, chemical fiber yarn, apparel, and footwear ranks first nationwide.
