【 Construction Scale and Content 】 The total construction area is 105000 square meters, with 3 high standard production workshops and 12 automated production lines (including 6 high-speed rail/urban rail dedicated copper alloy contact line production lines, 4 rail transit bronze rod/shaft sleeve production lines, and 2 enclosed copper conductor rail production lines), integrating advanced technologies such as precision rolling, vacuum annealing, and non-destructive testing.
【 Reasons and Conditions for Construction 】 The construction of high-speed rail and urban rail transit in China continues to expand, and the market demand for core components such as copper alloy contact wires, bronze bars, and conductor rails for rail transit is steadily increasing. Shanghang County is an important gathering place for the gold and copper industry, with a high self-sufficiency rate of high-purity copper raw materials and a complete industrial chain from copper smelting to deep processing. By leveraging the advantages of Luoyang copper processing technology from Chinalco and the raw material advantages of Fujian Zijin Copper Industry, the project can achieve localized production of high-end copper components for rail transit, fill the gaps in the regional rail transit supporting industry chain, replace external product inputs, expand the material market for rail transit in East and South China, and promote the upgrading of the gold copper industry to the high-end equipment supporting field for rail transit.
