In light of the new developments of international mergers & acquisitions (hereinafter “M & A”), in order to advance Fujian’s capacity of servicing cross-border M&A deals, the Department of Commerce of Fujian Province will organize the Fujian Foreign Capital Mergers & Acquisitions Project Promotion Conference in Fuzhou, mid-December. The event is expected to present extensive opportunities for overseas institutional investors, fund companies and multinational corporations to meet and discuss with representatives from the local business community face-to-face. 

The enterprises and project owners listed below are hereby invited to fill in the attached form and join us.

(1)The enterprises willing to accommodate overseas industrial capital, financial capital and equity financing; 

(2)The domestic listed companies intent to attract overseas strategic investors (including those listed on the New OTC Market);

(3)The projects within the national and provincial development zones pending industrial advancement and soliciting investment.
