The Catalogue of Industries for Guiding Foreign Investment (Revision 2017), which has been approved by the Party Central Committee and the State Council, is hereby issued and shall come into force on July 28, 2017; while the Catalogue of Industries for Guiding Foreign Investment (Revision 2015) issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce on March 10, 2015 shall be repealed simultaneously.
