Relevant comrades from the Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone introduced the investment environment in Pingtan from the aspects of policy advantages, institutional advantages, opening-up advantages, and leading industries. Chen Xi, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Fujian Federation of Commerce & Industry, delivered a speech. Chen Xi stressed the need to thoroughly study and implement President Xi Jinping’s important statements on promoting the “two healthy developments”(promoting the healthy development of the non-public sector of the economy and the healthy development of individuals involved in it), and to implement the Central Government’s relevant arrangements on the reform of chambers of commerce and industry associations. He hoped that chambers of commerce would strengthen Party building guidance and promote the professional and occupational development of their secretariat; optimize their membership structure and attract representatives of new quality productive forces; deepen the cultivation of young Fujian businesspeople, innovate and develop the “Jinjiang Experience,” and guide member enterprises to remain committed to industry and operate with integrity.
The Fujian Provincial Department of Commerce will continue to carry out relevant work on the return of Fujian businesspeople, build bridges and links for Fujian businesspeople to invest and start businesses in their hometowns, provide supporting high-quality services, and promote the landing of more high-quality projects in Fujian.
