The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of the People's Republic of China has added 4 more dyeing and printing firms from our province to its latest compliance list. Quanzhou FYNEX Textiles, Xinxianghua Group, Lingfeng Bleaching & Dyeing, and Fuzhou Houdong Knitting were recognized under the Dyeing and Printing Industry Compliance Conditions (2023 Edition). This brings the total number of MIIT-compliant firms from our province to 22, the second-highest nationwide.

Dyeing and printing, also known as finishing, is a crucial step in the textile industry, helping improve quality and efficiency while supporting the modernization of our province's textile sector. In May this year, the Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and 9 other authorities jointly issued the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of the Dyeing and Finishing Industry. The Opinions aim to boost competitiveness through industrial clustering, innovation, upgrades, green transitions, and ecosystem optimization. So far in 2025, the sector has shown strong growth, with January–September revenue up 9.8% year-on-year—18.5 percentage points higher than the national average. The province now accounts for 13.2% of the country's dyeing and printing revenue, a 1.4-point increase from last year.
