County-level economies are the microeconomic foundation and "capillaries" of the national economy. In the "small-scale" counties, there lies a "great energy" that drives the entire provincial economy. Since 1994, the Provincial Government Development Research Center has continuously conducted evaluations of county-level economies. This evaluation system adheres to principles of scientific rigor and comparability, including indicators in development quality, technological innovation, public welfare, and ecological environment, reflecting the requirements for high-quality development.
