Fujian Province will continue to allocate special funds for the development of the digital economy from 2024 to 2026 as part of its ongoing efforts to implement the action plan for expanding, strengthening, and enhancing the digital economy, and to promote high-quality digital economy development. These funds will be utilized to expedite the cultivation and establishment of digital industry clusters, thereby enhancing core competitiveness. They will also accelerate the construction of key digital economy projects to stimulate effective investment and promote the deep integration of digital and traditional economies.

The special funds will support the implementation of an innovation-driven development strategy, with a focus on cultivating new economic drivers and establishing a modern infrastructure system. The primary objectives of these funds include promoting the development of digital economy industry clusters, accelerating the construction of major digital infrastructure, advancing the open development and utilization of data resources, supporting the high-level hosting of the Digital China Summit, and conducting other related work in the field of digital economy.
