On September 12, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC) released the "2023 Top 500 Chinese Private Enterprises" list and the "2023 Top 500 Chinese Private Enterprises Research and Analysis Report." 14 enterprises from Fujian province were shortlisted.

Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. (CATL) and Fujian Dadonghai Industrial Group Co., Ltd. ranked 16th and 91st respectively, making them the only two Fujian companies to enter the top 100. Other Fujian companies on the list include: Yonghui Superstores Co., Ltd. (YH), Hengshen Holdings Group Co., Ltd., Yongrong Holdings Group Co., Ltd., Fuzhou Zhongjing Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd., Fujian Billion Polymerization Fiber Technology Industrial Co., Ltd., Fujian Jinlun Fiber Shareholding Co., Ltd., Anta Sports Products Limited, Sanbao Industry Group Co., Ltd., Fujian Sunner Holdings Group Co., Ltd., Yibai Group Co., Ltd., Mingcheng Holdings Group Co., Ltd., and Fuyao Glass Industry Group Co., Ltd.

This year witnessed the 25th consecutive large-scale survey of private enterprises organized by ACFIC, with total of 8,961 enterprises with an annual revenue of over 500 million yuan participating. According to the survey analysis report, in 2022, the threshold for the top 500 private enterprises was set at 27.578 billion yuan, registering an increase of 1.211 billion yuan from the previous year, and 95 companies had a total operating income exceeding 100 billion yuan.
