The planned land area is about 3330 mu, including 1400 mu of garment making (including washing water) park, 300 mu of environmental protection park, 400 mu of auxiliary materials and logistics park, and 230 mu of living supporting park. The project is divided into three phases of construction: the first phase of the project invests 1.5 billion yuan, the land of 210 mu (excluding 300 mu of environmental protection land), of which 200 mu of water washing park, the construction of standard water washing enterprise and standard dormitory. The project focuses on the introduction and layout of about 200 denim clothing, water washing enterprises and supporting production, logistics, environmental protection and other enterprises.

In 2025, Fujian Province had 4,459 above-designated-size textiles, footwear, and apparel enterprises, achieving an operating revenue of RMB 700.7 billion. Within this total, the textile & apparel industry and the footwear industry achieved revenues of RMB 490.1 billion and RMB 210.6 billion, respectively. The modern textiles, footwear, and apparel industry is a dominant pillar industry in Fujian, forming a complete and highly competitive industrial chain encompassing chemical fibers, spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing, apparel, footwear, and industrial textiles. Production of nylon, chemical fiber yarn, apparel, and footwear ranks first nationwide. The industry boasts a group of leading enterprises and well-known sports and leisure brands, including Highsun Group, Eversun, Anta, Jinlun Fiber, Billion Polyfibre, Xtep, Septwolves, and Huafeng Huajin.
