Recently, the groundbreaking ceremony of Fujian Biological Products Science and Technology Innovation Laboratory (“Xiang’an Innovation Laboratory”) was held in Xiamen City, Fujian Province. 

The building of provincial innovation laboratory is an important measure for the provincial party committee and the provincial government to accelerate the pace to build Fujian into an innovative province. Fujian Biological Products Science and Technology Innovation Laboratory is one of the two provincial innovation laboratories in the second batch, which is jointly established and managed by Fujian Provincial People's Government, Xiamen Municipal People's Government and Xiamen University. Focusing on scientific research and technological innovation, transformation and industrialization in the field of biomedicine. The laboratory is committed to conducting relevant basic science and underlying technology research, researching and developing core raw materials, applied technologies and prototype products, providing transformation technologies and public services, and is striving to build a top-notch and internationally influential comprehensive platform for biomedical innovation and transformation, and cultivate a strong scientific and technological force to support regional development and serve strategic needs.
