On the 16th day this month, the China Software Testing Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology held a press conference on the results of the 2021 Digital Government Service Capability Evaluation and the 20th Government Website Performance Evaluation in Beijing. Fujian achieved great success in provincial government websites, government affairs apps, and digital government service capability evaluation. 

According to the evaluation report, the portal website of Fujian Provincial People's Government has delivered excellent results and ranks second in China. Xiamen City ranks second in the evaluation of sub-provincial city government websites, Fuzhou City ranks ninth in the evaluation of provincial capital city government websites, Ningde City ranks fourth in the evaluation of local municipal government websites, and all the portal websites of nine districts and municipal governments have entered the top 100. In addition, Fujian Province is among the best performers in digital government service capacity, Fuzhou and Xiamen are among the best performers in key cities, and "Fujian Government Affairs Handling" ranks excellent in provincial government APP survey and evaluation. 

A number of digital government innovation cases have been selected at the press conference. "The First Application Scenario Based on Data Authorization Circulation Mechanism in China: Fujian Government Affairs Handling Talent Recruitment 'Service" and "Xiamen 'Smart Cloud-based Enterprise' Government-Enterprise Collaborative Service Platform" of Fujian Province were selected as the "Top 20" outstanding innovation cases of digital government in 2021; "'New Space of Party and Government Affairs, Government and Enterprise Through Train' opened up the 'last mile' of benefiting enterprise policy" was selected as one of the top ten outstanding innovation cases of provincial government websites in 2021; "Elderly-friendly Application of Xiamen Government Website" was selected as one of the top ten innovation cases of government websites of provincial capitals and cities with separate plans in 2021. 

In recent years, Fujian Province has further promoted the work of "Internet plus government service", built an efficient and coordinated digital government with high standards, promoted the "one network management", "one network management" and "inter-provincial management" of government service, and made every effort to build a "convenient Fujian" that can handle affairs quickly and effectively.
