The planned land for the project is expected to be 300 mu, and the seven core functions of the industry Ecotope will be constructed; Lingang cold chain logistics, standardized intelligent sorting area for goods, fresh international trading area, industrial public service area, tourist resort area, headquarters economic zone, living supporting area, etc. Relying on the research and development of marine high-tech, expanding and extending the industrial chain, developing the marine drug and biological product industry, and supporting the construction of aquatic product deep processing zones. We plan to use the self owned assets of the Grain Group, Xiuyu Grain Depot (with a land area of about 50 acres and a total construction area of 12000 square meters), for renovation, and use an electric refrigeration system to first construct the Putian Modern Marine Productive Service Industry Demonstration Launch Zone project.
