A favorable development momentum has been formed in sub-industries such as integrated circuits, new display technologies, LEDs, computers and network communication equipment, and lithium-ion batteries. The output value of clusters like integrated circuits and optoelectronics, as well as the lithium-ion battery industries, exceeds RMB 200 billion. 12 enterprises with revenues exceeding RMB 10 billion have been cultivated, including CATL, Amperex Technology Limited, Dell, AUO, TPV Technology, San'an Optoelectronics, Tianma Microelectronics (Xiamen), Hongfa Electroacoustic, Hithium, Ruijie Networks, and Fuzhou BOE Optoelectronics Technology. The province boasts 5 national-level new industrialization demonstration bases for the electronic and information industry, including Xiamen Torch High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Fuqing Rongqiao Economic & Technological Development Zone, Fuzhou Economic & Technological Development Zone, Yunxiao Yunling Development Zone, and Putian High-Tech Industrial Development Zone.
