Content and Scale：
The Park is designed to lay out Headquarter Economy Zone and Digital Industry Zone with 33 riverside independent headquarter buildings and 5 buildings for digital industry, 3 buildings for A-class office buildings and others for hotels. Now, real-scene is realized in the park and the park is expected to be officially open to public by 2023. The first patch of riverside independent headquarter buildings has completed delivery by Dec. 31, 2022. Besides, there are scenic resources including a forest park of 100,000 m2 and a lake island of about 8000 m2 . A new sales center of about 20,000 m2 , a central shared park of about 40,000 m2 , a Place Des Arts of about 8,000 m2 and an Art Curation Center of about 5,000 m2 are also built within the park. By now, the park has attracted more than 110 enterprises where the number of companies that have gone and are going to public as well as the gazella companies amounts to 8, along with 60 hi-and-new-tech enterprises. It is expected that after the project goes into operation, over 300 high-and-new tech enterprises settle here to achieve an annual value of production of over 3 billion yuan, offering more than 10,000 jobs.

Electronics and Information Technology

In 2025, the value-added of above-designated-size electronics and information technology manufacturing in Fujian Province increased by 13.6%, achieving an operating revenue of RMB 108.54 billion. The industry scale ranks 7th nationwide. A favorable development momentum has been formed in sub-industries such as integrated circuits, new display technologies, LEDs, computers and network communication equipment, and lithium-ion batteries. The output value of clusters like integrated circuits and optoelectronics, as well as the lithium-ion battery industries, exceeds RMB 200 billion. 12 enterprises with revenues exceeding RMB 10 billion have been cultivated, including CATL, Amperex Technology Limited, Dell, AUO, TPV Technology, San'an Optoelectronics, Tianma Microelectronics (Xiamen), Hongfa Electroacoustic, Hithium, Ruijie Networks, and Fuzhou BOE Optoelectronics Technology. The province boasts 5 national-level new industrialization demonstration bases for the electronic and information industry, including Xiamen Torch High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Fuqing Rongqiao Economic & Technological Development Zone, Fuzhou Economic & Technological Development Zone, Yunxiao Yunling Development Zone, and Putian High-Tech Industrial Development Zone.
