Ivy Technology Park is the first comprehensive science and technology park invested by Donglun group in Haixi Economic Circle. The Park aims to build a high-quality demonstration area for cross-border e-commerce and digital economy industry in Haixi Economic Circle, and to build a benchmark of China's Science and Technology Industrial Ecological Park, and to form a cross-border e-commerce, digital economy industrial ecosystem, southwest Fujian headquarters economic cluster area and Haixi scientific and technological innovation highlands.
The park is located at Tongji Road, Tong’an District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province，the park covers a total area of 214 mu, with a total construction area of 320000 square meters, a ground floor area of about 260000 square meters and an underground construction area of about 60000 square meters. The park includes supporting R&D, office buildings, talent apartments, etc. It is planned to introduce projects that meet the development requirements of the park, and the cooperation method can be negotiated.

Electronics and Information Technology
In 2025, the value-added of above-designated-size electronics and information technology manufacturing in Fujian Province increased by 13.6%, achieving an operating revenue of RMB 108.54 billion. The industry scale ranks 7th nationwide. A favorable development momentum has been formed in sub-industries such as integrated circuits, new display technologies, LEDs, computers and network communication equipment, and lithium-ion batteries. The output value of clusters like integrated circuits and optoelectronics, as well as the lithium-ion battery industries, exceeds RMB 200 billion. 12 enterprises with revenues exceeding RMB 10 billion have been cultivated, including CATL, Amperex Technology Limited, Dell, AUO, TPV Technology, San'an Optoelectronics, Tianma Microelectronics (Xiamen), Hongfa Electroacoustic, Hithium, Ruijie Networks, and Fuzhou BOE Optoelectronics Technology. The province boasts 5 national-level new industrialization demonstration bases for the electronic and information industry, including Xiamen Torch High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Fuqing Rongqiao Economic & Technological Development Zone, Fuzhou Economic & Technological Development Zone, Yunxiao Yunling Development Zone, and Putian High-Tech Industrial Development Zone.
