Newly build production workshops, R&D centers and supporting warehousing facilities, purchase DPU R&D test platforms, precision machining centers, automatic assembly lines and other core equipment, construct production workshops for DPU intelligent acceleration cards, intelligent computing all-in-one machines, core computing interconnection components and supporting public auxiliary facilities.
Construction Rationale & Supporting Conditions
Based on Yongding’s electronic information industrial cluster and the computing power layout of Tulou Cloud Valley Data Center, the project relies on the carrier of Yongding Wenxiu Digital Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park to fill the gap of regional core computing hardware products. It complies with Yongding’s development direction of artificial intelligence and intelligent transformation of manufacturing. The project helps improve Yongding’s electronic information industrial chain of "core components-computing equipment-information services", strengthen the pillar industry of electronic information, foster new growth points of digital economy and help Yongding build a manufacturing base for computing power hardware in Minxi.

Electronics and Information Technology
In 2025, the value-added of above-designated-size electronics and information technology manufacturing in Fujian Province increased by 13.6%, achieving an operating revenue of RMB 108.54 billion. The industry scale ranks 7th nationwide. A favorable development momentum has been formed in sub-industries such as integrated circuits, new display technologies, LEDs, computers and network communication equipment, and lithium-ion batteries. The output value of clusters like integrated circuits and optoelectronics, as well as the lithium-ion battery industries, exceeds RMB 200 billion. 12 enterprises with revenues exceeding RMB 10 billion have been cultivated, including CATL, Amperex Technology Limited, Dell, AUO, TPV Technology, San'an Optoelectronics, Tianma Microelectronics (Xiamen), Hongfa Electroacoustic, Hithium, Ruijie Networks, and Fuzhou BOE Optoelectronics Technology.
