The project is located on Yushan Island. It will carry out the overall development and construction of five villages on the island, improve the tourism system of the whole island, and comprehensively develop and construct outdoor sports and leisure, vacation, experience and other island residence projects in Luzhu Village, Matsu Village, Yuniao Village, Dongjiao Village and Zao'ao Village. To strenghthen the cooperation with Tsinghua University, and rely on the School of Architecture of Tsinghua University to organize national rural construction design competitions, forums and other activities every year. It is planned to select a land of 60 mu in Tianhu Lake to build the National Rural Construction and Rural Innovation Industry Exchange Center, the permanent site of the forum and supporting facilities. The 60-acre commercial and service plot of Tianhu Lake is selected as the site, famous domestic and international architects will be invited to design and build a boutique resort hotel.

In the first three quarters of 2024, Fujian Province's services sector maintained steady growth, accounting for over half of the regional economy. The revenue of service enterprises above the designated size showed strong expansion, with robust support for key industries. The added value of our province's services sector reached RMB 2,026.768 billion, a year-on-year increase of 4.7%, representing 50.4% of the regional GDP. In the first three quarters, 8,390 service enterprises above the designated size achieved a total operating revenue of RMB 735.36 billion, up 11.6% year-on-year, 4.4 percentage points higher than the national average and ranking first in China. Key industries played a prominent role, generating RMB 483.98 billion in revenue, a 19.4% increase, 9.5 percentage points above the national average, and also ranking first nationwide. Their contribution to the revenue growth of service enterprises above the designated size reached 103.2%.
