In 2024, Fujian Province had 502 metallurgical enterprises above the designated size, generating operating revenue of RMB 759.32 billion, a year-on-year increase of 5.5%. Our province’s key metallurgical products hold significant positions in the domestic market, with its stainless steel and tungsten processed materials ranking first in national production. Among these, stainless steel output reached approximately 10 million tons in 2024, accounting for about 30% of the country’s total, while tungsten wires for lighting held a 70% market share. And Fujian ranks among the top three nationally in lithium battery cathode materials.
