Located in Changchun Town on the eastern side of the Dongchong Peninsula Provincial Scenic Area, the project is spearheaded by Fujian Jinhai Tourism Investment DevelopmentCo., Ltd. Covering an area of approximately 19.82 square kilometers, the scenic zone includes the Dajing Ancient Fortress Homestay Experience Area, Agricultural and Fishing Tourism Zone, Coastal Leisure Vacation Zone, Island Exploration Zone, and Comprehensive Tourism Support Area.Total Investment: 1.8 billion RMB, to be completed in three phases over10years.Phase One includes an entrance service area, northern beach entrance, and beach boardwalk.Phase Two encompasses hotel development, a rural experience community, a fantasy park, and a forest park.Phase Three involves constructing a sea-themed love park, retirement vacation resort, Xiaojing wellness vacation center, and Lotus Town.
