Reason: 1 Tourism development needs: Zhouning has a reputation as a "city of clouds". After the opening of the Ningwu Expressway, Zhouning's tourism development has turned into the "express lane". The development of Guanshan Scenic Area is a need for the further development of Zhouning's tourism industry. 2. Resource advantages are outstanding: The ecological environment of Guanshan Scenic Area is good, with a forest coverage rate of more than 90%, and the air and water quality have reached the national first-class standard. Five main peaks are side by side, pulled up by the stream, the four walls are like cutting, and the valley is surrounded by streams. It is known as Wuzhi Mountain, and there are also ice mortar groups scattered over more than 10 kilometres, with different shapes and exquisite. Regional tourism cooperation: Across the river from Fumai Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area, it is only 7 kilometres away from Jiulong Scenic Area. It can form a comprehensive sightseeing area with the surrounding famous scenic spots Baishuiyang, Taimu Mountain and Fu'an Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area (World Geopark), and developed by its radiation. Condition 1. Traffic improvement: The opening of the Ningwu Expressway ended the history of Zhouning's lack of expressways. The driving time from Zhouning to the central urban area of Ningde was shortened from 3 hours to more than 1 hour, and it only took more than 2 hours to Fuzhou. 2. According to the "Overall Plan and Detailed Design of Key Plots of Guanshan Scenic Area in Zhouning County", Guanshan Scenic Area mainly builds tourist service centres, tunnels, plank roads, walking paths, pavilions, corridors and cable bridges, leisure wooden houses, backpackers clubs, etc. according to the "one belt and five districts".
