This project is located in Xiashan Village,Xiahuxu Town, Xiapu County, featuring excellent transportation access. Dongchong Road passes through the southeastern corner, while the G228Ningde-Shanghai Highway runs through the area, marking the starting point of the Xiapu to Fu'an segment. A new highway entrance is planned, positioning Xiashan as a new gateway and external showcase for the Dongchong Peninsula Tourism Zone. With its pristine ecological environment and distinctive maritime culture, the area will be developed into a premier tourist destination combining leisure, vacation, smart services, and island
entertainment.Total Investment: 450 million RMB, to be implemented in two phases.Phase One will focus on the area south of the highway,centering on highway services, a visitor service center, and rural revitalization. It will include a comprehensive service area,
coastal camping area, marine project area, sightseeing area, and fishing village commercial zone.Phase Two will focus on the area north of the highway, developing a mountain exploration zone, coastal vacation zone, waterfront commercial area, and a water park.

In the first three quarters of 2024, Fujian Province's services sector maintained steady growth, accounting for over half of the regional economy. The revenue of service enterprises above the designated size showed strong expansion, with robust support for key industries. The added value of our province's services sector reached RMB 2,026.768 billion, a year-on-year increase of 4.7%, representing 50.4% of the regional GDP. In the first three quarters, 8,390 service enterprises above the designated size achieved a total operating revenue of RMB 735.36 billion, up 11.6% year-on-year, 4.4 percentage points higher than the national average and ranking first in China. Key industries played a prominent role, generating RMB 483.98 billion in revenue, a 19.4% increase, 9.5 percentage points above the national average, and also ranking first nationwide. Their contribution to the revenue growth of service enterprises above the designated size reached 103.2%.
