The planned investment is approximately 1 billion yuan. The project focuses on the layout of the "Three Centers", namely the headquarters economy and living supporting service center, warehousing and distribution center, and production and processing center. The project is constructed in two phases. The first phase of construction includes the headquarters economy and living supporting service center, and the warehousing and distribution center. The second phase of construction is the production and processing center. The total construction period of the project is two years, which is divided into two phases. The first phase of project construction (March 2025 - March 2026) includes the construction of the headquarters economy and living supporting service center, highway port logistics center, less-than-truckload express center, warehousing and distribution center, and self-use gas station. The second phase of project construction (April 2026 - April 2027) is the production and processing center.

In the first three quarters of 2024, Fujian Province's services sector maintained steady growth, accounting for over half of the regional economy. The revenue of service enterprises above the designated size showed strong expansion, with robust support for key industries. The added value of our province's services sector reached RMB 2,026.768 billion, a year-on-year increase of 4.7%, representing 50.4% of the regional GDP. In the first three quarters, 8,390 service enterprises above the designated size achieved a total operating revenue of RMB 735.36 billion, up 11.6% year-on-year, 4.4 percentage points higher than the national average and ranking first in China. Key industries played a prominent role, generating RMB 483.98 billion in revenue, a 19.4% increase, 9.5 percentage points above the national average, and also ranking first nationwide. Their contribution to the revenue growth of service enterprises above the designated size reached 103.2%.
